Event ingestion is the entry point for continuity. Applications send synthetic or approved events into PRMR so the system can understand what changed rather than treating every record as flat storage.
In the current local shell, this is represented as controlled-alpha contract and demo evidence only. It is not a hosted ingestion service.
Current evidence combines internal/local tests and controlled hosted API smoke. External validation and production hardening are separate future milestones.
